Nathalie was nominated for the Belgian Womed Award in 2010 and 2012, in 2011 she was chosen by the European Commission as one of the ten Female Ambassadors for Entrepreneurship. In 2013 she was the only Belgian woman nominated for the 'Woman in Sales Award' in London. Today, her company 'Arteel Recognition Solutions' has become the European market leader in valuation solutions. The Leuven-based company has also received the 'SME Laureate award' in Flemish Brabant for its innovative technological developments and the company also has a partnership with Rideau Recognition Solutions, the reference company in valuation solutions within the US and Canada.

Nathalie enthused attendees around how she manages to connect her employees to give their best every day. How involvement, recognition and appreciation are levers for 'full engagement'. Connecting employees is done on 3 levels: connection with the direction/compass of the organisation, through connecting leadership and by inviting employees themselves to connect with their colleagues.
