We specialise in customised in-company training programmes that deliver immediate results. We work together to determine the content and the desired result, and take your employees on a learning path that gives them concrete tools and strategies. 

Our vision on learning and development

During each training course, we aim to maximise the use of the knowledge gained. We start from concrete practical experiences of the participants, which makes the content recognisable. By actively practising on realistic cases, participants step back into the work field after the training with self-confidence about the knowledge they have gained.

Result orientation is in our DNA. We find it important that the training programme matches the reality and objectives of your company. We always work with concrete examples from the participants' daily work environment and challenge them to apply what they have learned immediately.

Knowledge transfer and blended learning pathways

Our training pathways are always set up as blended learning pathways to, on the one hand, maximally accommodate the different learning styles of the participants and, on the other, create a flexible learning environment. Through our blended learning approach, we increase the added value of the classroom moments and maximise the focus on practising skills in order to secure what has been learned in the work situation.

We do the blended learning process through the Stanwick Online Learning Platform, a digital platform that encourages co-creation between participants and Stanwick trainers. It allows our trainers to connect with participants before, during and after training moments, to make up to date training material digitally accessible, to share additional learning material, to follow up interim assignments and questions, to test participants' knowledge, to allow participants to exchange experiences, ...

In short, we create a complete learning path around the (virtual) classroom training moments.

Training

Our training courses respond to the business context and specific working situation of the participants to the maximum extent. The knowledge, models and techniques introduced are immediately applicable in practice. To this end, we use a blended learning approach: preparatory work and limited knowledge transfer via the Stanwick online learning platform, action-oriented learning during practice moments, case-based development of best practices, intervision moments with the participants, business simulations for more complex problems,...

Coaching

Post-training coaching offers trainees a chance to apply the theory they have learned directly in practice. It helps them overcome any uncertainties and discuss specific issues that arise during their first project. Through personal coaching, trainees can further refine their skills, work more specifically on their development and start with confidence in their new role. In this way, the knowledge gained is put to the best possible use and the chances of success on the first project are significantly higher.

Certification

Do you want your employees to leave with something tangible in their pockets, and ensure that their first application of what they have learned is an immediate success? If desired, we can provide a (digital) certificate at the end of the training programme. A Training Certificate is obtained by participating in the training course or by passing an exam (the score achieved is mentioned on the certificate). 

There is also the possibility of obtaining a Project Certificate by successfully carrying out a project within predefined parameters. A certificate after an exam shows that the learning material was processed and understood, a certificate after successfully executing a project shows that the participants can apply the knowledge and skills in everyday work situations.  

It is the reward for the participants' efforts in the learning path and allows them to communicate their competences (our digital certificates allow participants to publish them on their LinkedIn profile).
