Keep on changing in Zorgbedrijf

"Zorgbedrijf is a company that is constantly changing and innovating. A change management course was therefore urgently needed. And although I'm still not "Kotter" myself, I have now gained insight into the 8 steps of change, in dealing with resistance and in recognising patterns in employees. Funny practice moments, concrete cases that were discussed, a pleasant teacher... Highly recommended!"
