The Koninklijke Zeelandia Groep (an independent international producer of ingredients for bread and pastry bakeries) acquired Wouters in 2021. Wouters is active in the development, production, packaging and distribution of bakery ingredients, oils and fats, with customers in the bakery, foodservice and wider food industries.
