Behaviour as a compass

How does your behaviour come across to others? And how can you consciously use that behaviour to improve cooperation, reduce resistance or increase your influence?
In this two-day training course, we use the Rose of Leary as a powerful tool to understand and adjust interaction patterns. You will learn not only to analyse behaviour, but also to consciously switch between styles to communicate and lead more effectively.
The training offers space for reflection, practical application and direct translation to your work context – whether you manage a team, have customer contact or supervise colleagues.
