Behaviour as a mirror with horses
Stanwick Academy

Behaviour as a mirror with horses

Why do people react the way they do? How can you use your behaviour to make cooperation run more smoothly? And how does your style come across in a team?
In this training course, you will learn to see behaviour as an interactive system. Using the Rose of Leary as a guide, you will discover how to read other people's behaviour and how to influence it in a con-scious way.
You will also gain deep insight into your own behavioural style through experiential exercises with horses. Horses mirror your attitude and intentions without judgement – purely and directly. This allows you to experience what your behaviour evokes and how you can stay connected with yourself and others.
This two-day training course in nature combines behavioural psychology, equi coaching and personal growth.

  • Theory is directly applied to your work context and team challenges.
  • You will receive a behavioural assessment in advance, the results of which we will use during the training.
  • After completing the training, you will receive a certificate of participation.
