Management consultant, supports companies in designing and implementing coaching programmes and training courses in Operational Excellence. He has hands-on experience in executing complex projects and applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in the pharmaceutical sector. He is also skilled in coaching Human Factors improvement initiatives aimed at reducing human errors. He obtained a degree in Bioscience Engineering, specialising in Food Technology and Nutrition, from Ghent University and is a certified Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt.
