Process Improvement training

People are very satisfied with the Yellow Belt program for process improvement. It succeeds in

  • bringing our messages across
  • tailoring the content to Delhaize and its current challenges
  • being instructive while remaining interactive, pragmatic and hands-on (something people will be able to apply)
  • integrating our Delhaize D4SE approach
  • having a Stanwick trainer who is well perceived for his expertise and credibility
  • not just a training but also stimulates people to put it into practice by the project and follow-up
  • people have fun doing it

This indicates that we now have a solid training basis, fitting our Delhaize needs and culture. It will be rolled out for even more members of the business and management group.
