People are very satisfied with the Yellow Belt program for process improvement. It succeeds inbringing our messages acrosstailoring the content to Delhaize and its current challengesbeing instructive while remaining interactive, pragmatic and hands-on (something people will be able to apply)integrating our Delhaize D4SE approachhaving a Stanwick trainer who is well perceived for his expertise and credibilitynot just a training but also stimulates people to put it into practice by the project and follow-uppeople have fun doing itThis indicates that we now have a solid training basis, fitting our Delhaize needs and culture. It will be rolled out for even more members of the business and management group.
