Spark in sight: why I am joining Stanwick as a partner

Today, I am proud to announce that I am joining Stanwick Management Consultants as a partner. Stanwick is an independent firm with a long tradition of results-driven collaborations: from operational and project excellence to leadership and capability building, always with a focus on implementation. I am delighted to strengthen the partnership and will continue to shape this together with partners Katia Van den Bremt, Jeroen Van den Hove and Tom Van der Straeten.

What I bring to the table

My foundation lies in pharmaceutical sciences and a PhD, which translates into precision, systematic approach and evidence-based reasoning. This was followed by lean in transactional processes, project management, organisational design and leadership development. This range of skills allows me to switch between analysis and human intuition: KPIs become conversation partners; strategy translates into behaviour; plans are put into practice.

There is an image that has stayed with me since my childhood, ever since I read *The Little Match Girl*: a spark visible in a dark street. A tiny flicker that promises warmth and provides direction. That is how I view change: not as a grand fireworks display, but as a succession of meaningful sparks.
