Senior management consultant, assists companies in the areas of change management, application of lean in transactional processes, project management, team and leadership development, organisational design and translating strategy to initiatives and the (management) team. She has experience in implementing breakthrough initiatives, bringing about culture change, facilitating team workshops and training and coaching management teams. She holds a degree in pharmaceutical sciences and a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences from University of Ghent. Followed by Lean Black Belt and executive masterclass in marketing and sales and advanced management programme (Vlerick Management School). She has experience as a business unit manager and director in scientific sectors (pharmaceuticals, food, laboratory)
