Fundamentals in Project Management

Target Group

This course is ideal for project leaders, team members and managers who already have some experience with project-based work and want to deepen and professionalise their approach.

It is aimed at professionals who:

• Regularly lead or coordinate projects within their organisation
• Want to evolve towards a uniform and strategically aligned project approachµ
• Are looking for practical tools and methodologies such as Prince2 and PMBoK to manage their projects more efficiently
• Want to gain more control over team dynamics, decision-making and change management within projects
• Want to align their leadership style with the maturity of their project team.

The training course is particularly valuable for organisations that strive for project excellence and want to establish a stronger link between strategy and implementation through a professional PMO.

Our approach

• This training consists of 2 (consecutive or non-consecutive) training days.
• The course offers a mix of theoretical underpinnings and practical exercises.
• Each participant should preferably have a project as a project leader or project team member.
• The training provides the opportunity for experience exchange with other participants.
• The learning experience is supported and enhanced by the use of an online learning platform.
• A training certificate can be provided.
