Leading Change

As a leader, you are at the centre of the storm of organisational change. On the one hand, you respond to the wishes and requirements of senior management. On the other hand, you catch the wind from your team, where both positive and negative voices are raised about the change.

In this training course, we not only look at how change works, but above all at what your role is as a leader. How do you get people on board? How do you remain clear and steadfast when resistance keeps coming back? And how do you ensure that you yourself remain standing in a context of constant change?

This training course is based on the conviction that managers are the key to sustainable change — not by solving everything, but by providing direction, security and meaning.
