Stanwick AcademyLeading Change
In this training course, we not only look at how change works, but above all at what your role is as a leader. How do you get people on board? How do you remain clear and steadfast when resistance keeps coming back? And how do you ensure that you yourself remain standing in a context of constant change?
This training course is based on the conviction that managers are the key to sustainable change — not by solving everything, but by providing direction, security and meaning.
Target group
This training course is for managers who not only want to manage change, but above all want to support it.
- Team leaders, supervisors and coordinators
- Project and people managers who guide change
- Managers from all sectors who want to strengthen their impact in change
