  • Introduction to Stanwick's model of results-driven autonomous teams
  • Efficient teamwork
  • Build a strong team with clear goals, roles and cooperation.
  • Recognise and avoid the 5 frustrations of teamwork

Day 3: Influencing communication and behaviour

  • Communicate effectively and connectively
  • Influencing behaviour
  • Gain insight into your own behavioural style through a 360° feedback/assessment
  • Learn to recognise behaviour in others and influence it in a goal-oriented manner
  • Conflict management and dealing with resistance

Day 4: Coaching and change

  • Coaching individuals
  • Motivating teams
  • Change management: 
  • Conditions for a successful change
  • Getting teams on board with change

Day 5: From insight to action

  • Intervision moment: learning from each other's cases
  • Drawing up your personal development plan
  • Personal resilience: dealing with stress, setting boundaries and maintaining energy balance
