Management consultant, supports organisations in operational improvement initiatives, change management, and process optimisation, with a focus on sustainable implementation and behavioral change. She has experience in both the insurance and IT sectors and has worked on projects related to operational excellence, process mapping, and change/adoption. Charlotte regularly facilitates workshops and guides teams through transformation processes – in Dutch, French, and English.
She obtained her Law degree from KU Leuven and complemented it with a Prosci certification in change management and a Lean Green Belt.
