Management consultant and business trainer, guides companies and provides training and coaching in the areas of project management, change management and team communication. Her background as a trainer is as a Digital Coach and Learning & Change Consultant in the IT world of both M365 apps and Salesforce. The emphasis there was always on improving collaboration, internal communication and lowering/managing resistance. Her expertise lies in providing structure, insights and understanding to both individuals and teams. She does this through inspiring and interactive workshops and trainings, tailored to the culture of the client within different sectors (utilities, telecom, government, social secretariat, ...). She holds a master's degree in Multilingual Professional Communication from the University of Antwerp. She is a PROSCI Change Management Practitioner and in addition she followed a training in career coaching.
