With a strong focus on improving cooperation, communication and dealing effectively with change, she helps organisations perform optimally. She has experience in developing risk management projects and audits, facilitating team workshops and guiding management teams within ESG, compliance and risk management. In addition, as an assessor, she has experience in recognising personal patterns, the dynamics within teams and groups, as well as competence management. Julie holds a degree in Criminological Sciences from Ghent University, complemented by a Master after Master in International Cooperation and Development from the Catholic University of Milan. She has experience as a management consultant in both the private and public sector, with expertise in risk, compliance & regulatory, and competence and development processes.
