Intercultural Project Management
In this training course, participants are sensitised to intercultural differences that may affect cooperation, but which, if well managed, may just as well strengthen it.
Approach
- During a 1-day training, we introduce the background of cultural dimensions and the impact that cultural differences can have on collaboration.
- The possibility exists to bring the training into 2 half-days, so that we can work on intermediate learning moments.
- The topics are applied as a combination of theory and exercises.
- The participants bring in real-life examples, on which further work is done. In particular, we focus on the cultures the participants themselves come into contact with.
- The learning experience is supported and enhanced by the use of an online learning platform.
- A training certificate can be provided.
