ANALYSE

IMPROVE
- Generating, evaluating and selecting solutions (brainstorming, creativity, selection and decision-making techniques, implementation plan)
- Creating an efficient process: linking value-added activities in line with the pace and customer demand, and applying the Lean Toolbox
