Our roots
Bekaert-Stanwick is founded in 1970 by the late Baron Bekaert, president of the Bekaert Group and Tad Stanwick. In the early years Bekaert-Stanwick is mainly an internal consultancy organisation within the big industrial group Bekaert. Bekaert-Stanwick strengthens its presence on the international market by developing a network throughout Europe. Bekaert-Stanwick establishes an office in France, later in the Netherlands. Stanwick becomes an independent company, fully owned by its management team in 2003.
The team
The Stanwick team is made up of professionals with complementary skills and educational backgrounds: psychologists, engineers, economists and scientists. All our consultants have extensive experience in manufacturing, service and/or the public sector. This multidisciplinary team makes Stanwick into a uniquely professional organisation. Consultants with a technical background team up with consultants with in-depth knowledge of human and organizational development. This combination guarantees a strong integration of business methods, economical and industrial issues, and behavioural aspects. We believe this to be a unique approach in consultancy.
