With over seven years of leadership experience in the retail sector, she has held various roles where she led teams, managed projects, implemented improvement initiatives, and drove change programs. Her approach is people-oriented and results-driven, with a strong focus on process optimisation, team development, and sustainable transformation.
Winifred holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering with a specialisation in Operations Management from KU Leuven.
