“At TotalEnergies Schoten, we started our Obeya story in early 2023. Our goal was twofold: on the one hand, we wanted to make the daily consultation between our supervisors more results-oriented, and on the other hand, we wanted to increase the involvement of all employees.
After an introductory game to immerse everyone in the Obeya mindset and the working groups setting the appropriate KPIs, we were ready to really get started. Obeya has since been rolled out at various levels throughout almost the entire organization and we can clearly see the added value.
